Orders

An order is created only after the customer submits checkout details and the server validates product stock and totals.

The store may contact the customer before dispatch to confirm address, phone number, size, quantity, and availability.

The store can cancel suspicious, incomplete, duplicated, or unreachable orders.

Prices, discounts, stock, and order totals are controlled by the store database and server logic.

Customers cannot edit product prices, stock, order totals, or loyalty calculations from the browser.

If a selected size sells out before checkout is confirmed, the order may be rejected or adjusted by support.

Registered customers can see previous orders, order statuses, loyalty balance, and points history.

Points are earned only after an order is marked delivered, not while pending, processing, shipped, or cancelled.
